I've chipped or scratched my bench. What are the repair options?
The company does provide a range of suitable colour fills. These can only be applied by a skilled company technician. Keep in mind that the fill is not a guaranteed solution, in which case a rebuild may be required as part of an insurance claim.
Do you re-laminate existing benchtops?
Unfortunately, this is not possible because the laminate will become unstable and lift from the bench surface. The best solution, though an obvious one, is to design and prepare a replacement top.
Is a new benchtop expensive?
This primarily depends on the type of surface used. Of the three varieties – engineered stone, high pressure laminate or acrylic solid surface – the least expensive is laminate.
